No. As long as we can safely access your yard — an unlocked gate or a gate code works great — you don't need to be home for your scheduled visit.
If we can't access your yard, we may still charge a trip fee since the visit was scheduled and travel time was spent. Please make sure gates are accessible or provide a code in advance.
For everyone's safety, we ask that dogs be brought inside during your scheduled visit unless other arrangements have been made. Aggressive animals must be disclosed in advance.
We bag all waste securely and place it in your outdoor trash bin, in line with City of Bellingham pet-waste guidance.
Yes, service continues during light rain. Severe weather visits may need to be rescheduled for safety.
Snow and standing water can prevent a complete cleanup. We'll notify you if a visit needs to be rescheduled due to severe weather.
We'll do our best, but very tall grass can make a complete cleanup difficult and may require an additional fee or a follow-up visit after mowing.
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
You save a payment method on file and are billed automatically on the 1st of every month — no invoices to chase down.
One-time cleanups start at $65. Heavily accumulated yards are quoted from photos, typically $75–$200 depending on size and condition.
Yes. All tools are sanitized between every property to protect your yard and pets.
Yes. Skip or cancel anytime with at least 24 hours notice through your customer account or by contacting us directly.
