Service Terms

• Customer must provide safe, reliable access to the service area.
• Service includes full inspection, cleanup, waste bagging, and disposal in the customer's outdoor trash bin.
• Equipment is sanitized between every property.
• A completion message is sent after every visit.

Cancellation & Skipped-Visit Policy

• Cancel or skip a visit anytime with at least 24 hours notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit may incur a fee.
• No long-term contracts — cancel your recurring plan anytime.

Weather Policy

• Service continues during light rain.
• Severe weather visits (heavy storms, ice, dangerous conditions) may be rescheduled for safety.
• Snow or standing water may prevent a complete cleanup and could require a follow-up visit.

Aggressive-Dog Policy

• Customers must disclose aggressive or reactive animals in advance.
• We ask that aggressive dogs be brought inside during scheduled visits for everyone's safety.
• We reserve the right to pause service at a property if a safety concern arises.

Gate & Access Policy

• Customer is responsible for ensuring gates are unlocked or codes are provided.
• Locked gates or inaccessible yards may still incur a trip fee.
• Every visit ends with the gate closed and a photo confirming it was secured.

Payment Policy

• A valid payment method must remain on file for recurring service.
• Billing occurs automatically on the 1st of every month.
• Failed payments may result in a pause in service until resolved.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to schedule and bill for service (name, address, contact info, payment details). We do not sell customer information to third parties. Payment data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored directly on this website.
